On the left, glowing treasure chests flicker; on the right, a lantern shines gently—giving the whole game an eerie but adventurous vibe. Compared to older games in The Goonies slot series, switching to this one feels like jumping from HD to UHD. It’s crisp, bright, and modern.
…but once you remember the older Goonies slots, you can’t help noticing how familiar everything feels. The symbols, the feature trail, even some animations look copied and pasted. It almost feels like they asked ChatGPT to enhance things—which is obviously lazy. Who would do that?

If you’re still with me after all that, I applaud you. The Goonies Quest for Treasure 2 certainly doesn’t fall short on features—if anything, it goes too far. It’s great to see so much variety, but locking features behind progression can be a blessing or a curse depending on how patient you are.
