New Plinko Game from Netgaming: Zeus’s Thunderbolt Brings the Multis

There was a time when finding a solid Plinko-style game outside of the crypto casino scene was like hunting for a unicorn. These games were largely niche, with only a few titles in exclusive libraries. But that changed quickly with the rise of mainstream popularity fuelled in part by the “Pachinko” bonus round in Crazy Time Live – and now, Plinko is making a proper comeback.

Enter Zeus’s Thunderbolt Plinko by Netgaming. It stays true to the core Plinko formula: 8 to 16 columns, with multipliers increasing as you move toward the outer edges. But here’s where it gets interesting—Bolt Mode. Borrowing a little thunder from Gates of Olympus, this feature introduces randomly assigned multipliers (up to 20x) directly onto the balls themselves. With the outermost slots paying up to 500x, that Bolt + Ball combo opens the door to some genuinely spicy hits.

So, what’s missing? If we’re drawing from Gates of Olympus for inspiration, it feels like a missed opportunity not to include those iconic 500x–1000x multipliers that fans chase. And let’s be honest—Zeus just standing around? It would’ve added so much more excitement if he raised that arm and smashed the multiplier onto the board, just like in the OG.

That said, this is still a strong Plinko entry and one we’ll definitely be digging into on the channel. Expect plenty of spins, tests, and probably a few bolts of our own once it goes live.
